The SNIA Technical Council believes that it is important for storage developers to learn about the emerging technology of Data Processing Units (DPUs).  We have gathered a panel of leading DPU vendors to provide an overview and answer the following questions.

As the processor, networking, and storage speeds change over time, new bottlenecks are created. The new performance demanding applications like AI, video processing demand new storage architectures. Native Ethernet SSDs brings one such new architecture alive to get over the bandwidth and performance bottleneck coming out of storage. Let's explore how this ecosystem is evolving and what are new challenges to solve.
